Vintage charcoal drawing print, hand signed by its original artist David Nicholson. A hand carved bespoke framed picture. The wooden frame uniquely, and perfectly matches the picture.
This is what was, our local railway station at Great Harwood, Lancashire which was opened on 5th October 1877 and was closed on 2nd December 1957 for regular passenger trains; on 2nd November 1964 it was closed completely. (It opened every year for the town's Wakes Week summer holidays and for day excursions, typically to the seaside until 1963). Size 48cm x 40cm.
