Late 1970s officially printed picture of this neighbouring Victorian Blackburn Market and Town Hall, Lancashire in 1894 (this town hall is about 5 miles away from us). This picture printed by Victorian View with a unique serial number, is presented in a vintage silver frame. Size 35.5cm x 27cm.

The picture is how our local Blackburn Rovers football stadium (only a couple of miles from us in Darwen) looked like, circa 1900 turn of the century, when trams were still used in neighbouring Blackburn (the stadium has been revamped many times since).
The wooden frame is coated with a decorative black marble effect finish. Hand signed by its listed local Lancashire artist Tom Riley. Circa 1980s. Size 37cm x 32cm.

An original watercolour painting of the iconic 1878 Victorian Cafe, which is a Grade II listed building, at Mesnes (pronounced "Mains") Park in Wigan, Greater Manchester.
It was painted, signed and dated 2011 by a local unlisted artist and is bespokely presented in a vintage silver frame.

Showing the previous local railway station at Great Harwood, Lancashire opened in 1877 and closed in 1957 for regular passenger trains, and closed completely in1964.
